The Grout Grabber tool was developed to answer the demand for a tool that would remove grout rapidly without damaging tile, or creating a lot of dust. The idea of the Grout Grabber tool came from a well-known tile setter & tradesman named Lonnie Middleton in the Dallas, Texas area. He then shared his idea with Bill Russo who has been developing professional quality ceramic tile & stone tools to the tile trade for over 15 years. Bill decided this would be a great product, not only for removing grout, but also for replacing cracked or damaged tile. Bill then started the Grout Grabber Company to produce the Grout Grabber tool that is used to remove grout quickly and safely all over the world today.

The Grout Grabber Company is located in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area, where orders have gone out to satisfied customers since 1998.
